I undersigned _______ do hear by give an undertaking that i shall strictly abide by the various rules and guideline (already in force and/ or which may be introduced later) as laid down/ will be laid down by the College/Management (DSE)/Goa University/UGC/DHE/Government of Goa. I also give an undertaking that an fully aware of the following rules/guidelines in force :
Goa university Ordinance No.OC-45.3(b); Goa University Circular No GU/v/ Attendance/138/2005/2248 dated 30.08.2005 and no GUT/Attendance/ 138/2006/6327 dated 8.3.2006 stating that a minimum aggregate attendance of 75%is required to enable a student to appear for the Semester End Assessment (SEA) failing which the student has to repeat the Semester (re-admission)
Goa University Ordinance Na.OC-45.4.2(e) stating that appearing for a minimum of two ISAs of paper in given semester is essential to permit a student to answer SEA of that paper.
Sexual harassment is strictly prohibited and liable for punishment.
Goa University Circular No.GU/III/LADM/2007/376 dated 26 11 2007 which states that ragging is banned in the College and that if found guilty is liable for punishment which may include expulsion from the College
Use of mobile phones on the College Campus is strictly prohibited: if anyone is found using the same, the phone will be confiscated
Possession and circulation of pornographic materials in print/electronic form is strictly prohibited and shall be liable for punishment
Using /carrying alcoholic beverages, tobacco products (including cigarettes) and drugs on the College campus is strictly prohibited and liable for strict punishment
Strict adherence to the dress code on the campus. Wearing of transparent clothes, miniskirts / dresses, shorts, t-shirts with inappropriate wordings / pictures, low neckline attire, body hugging clothes, sleeveless dresses, etc., is strictly disallowed
Punctuality to be regularly maintained in terms of timings in College, class and/or laboratory
Students are not to be involved directly indirectly in any way (without prior written permission from Management / Principal) to create, use, print and / or upload material in any media (including online social media) which can tarnish the name / reputation of the Management, Institution, employees and/or students.
Students are compulsorily required to carry on a regular basis to the College their Identity Card and Hand Book.
Students have to compulsorily Submit all duty leave, sick leave and other leaves for the month to the class /subject teachers latest Students have to by the end of each month.
Students are not allowed to celebrate birthdays/'events in class by way of having/distributing cake, soft drinks or snacks
I also fully understand that I will not to be permitted to appear for the College/University Examination if I do not abide by the College Rules and the terms laid down in the Statutes and Ordinances of Goa University. I assure that I will respect the College property including books, electronic / electrical devices, furniture, classrooms, fitments, etc. and use the same with all care. I will also respect my fellow students and all at Rosary College including the Teaching and Non-Teaching Staff. I am aware that the entire College campus is under video/ CCTV surveillance, and that parking of two / four wheelers on public roads is not allowed.
I do hereby accept that in all the matters the Principal's decision will be final and binding
